A day of shopping at the Galleria, then Southfork Ranch and dinner at Chez Girard (where they tried to pull a fast one and bring a '91 St. Emilion instead of the '90 on the wine list. I called them on it and they went back and "discovered" a '90 left on the shelf. Just an innocent mistake - yeah, right!)

We got engaged! Bill had a plane fly over Texas Stadium during the Cowboys / Cardinals game with the banner: ALICIA - WILL YOU MARRY ME? - BILL

Don't have any photos from OzzFest, but just imagine a Halloween party at an insane asylum gone wrong and you're close!

Pat Boone was right. The Texas State Fair is the BEST state fair!

8 years before this Broadway play made it to the Luther Carson Performing Arts Center in Paducah, we saw it at the Fair Park Music Hall.

We started the day by having lunch in the revolving restaurant at the top of Reunion Tower. Then we went to the West End and stopped by Hard Rock and Planet Hollywood. (Notice I have Alicia wearing a Red Wings shirt for the game tonight)!

My two favorite hockey teams! Alicia wanted to know why the puck wasn't lit up like it was on TV so she could see it!

I had to show Alicia what TEXAS BARBECUE was like, so we stopped by Dickey's on the way out of town.
